Registration
You must register an account to place your first order. Please keep your login details private, as Joelle’s Studio will not be liable for any misuse of your account.
Products & Availability
All items are subject to stock availability. Prices are displayed in South African Rands and are valid within South Africa. We reserve the right to discontinue or amend product specifications without notice.
Pricing Policy
Delivery fees may apply and will be displayed at checkout. Promotional offers are subject to availability and may carry additional conditions.
Payments
By placing an order, you confirm that you are over 18, authorized to use the provided payment method, and that sufficient funds are available. Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.
Delivery
Orders are delivered via BobGo from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, with additional time required for outlying areas.
An authorized individual must be available to accept and sign for delivery. Should delivery fail due to no recipient being available, re-delivery may incur an additional fee.
All special offers are valid only while stocks last and may carry additional conditions.
By entering a Joelle’s Studio competition or giveaway, entrants agree to the specific rules provided.
Competitions are open only to South African residents. Employees of Joelle’s Studio, its affiliates, and their families are not eligible.
If winners do not respond within 3 working days, Joelle’s Studio reserves the right to select another winner.
Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Our judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Joelle’s Studio reserves the right to amend competition rules or disqualify entrants if fraud or misconduct is suspected.
